November to Remember

Coming soon…

“INSIDE”

(Actually, I’ve changed the title since but I’m going to list it under the “working title” until I’m done)

NaNoWriMo Winner

On the 1st of November, in the year of 2008, one man will sit down with no idea what he is going to write about. He will write things that make no sense, things that have no point and, perhaps, things that can be neither read nor heard. By the 25th of November, he aims to have written 90,000 words of utter rubbish to masquerade under the pretence of being a “novel”. Don’t believe it for a second.

An Update

On the 30th of November, in the year 2008, one man realised that he had set his target WAAAAAY too high and that 90,000 words of fiction in one month was practically impossible, at least for him, and probably for most other mortal beings, especially when you’ve got a plumber in re-doing the bathroom for a week of the month. Either way, this one man passed the 50,000 word mark at 13.24pm on this hallowed day and therefore qualifies to receive the splendid little trophy icon in the middle of this page. The one man would have preferred a big bag of money, but he takes what he can get and now intends to have the icon tattoeed on his right kneecap.

Mind Your Own Business

A marginally inspiring quasi-rollercoaster of a business book, MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS charts the author’s mediocre attempts at running a business and serves up a story of neither failure or success that will, no doubt, neither fail nor succeed to move you. Critically acclaimed by one of the two people who have read it so far, it also comes complete with an extensive section about the art of management, containing advice that pretty much everyone should ignore.

The Public Buzz…

I liked it but, then again, I am his Dad so I have to” - Richard Williams

You can do better than this, Ross” - Katie Williams
